“I got Robbie's name from a friend and when I first called him he got back to me right away to schedule an estimate. I think he came out the next day to give me a quote. He gave me an excellent price on the roof replacement and was very responsive any time I had any questions.

This job was also a bit more complicated because I have solar panels on my roof. We had to deal with a solar panel company taking the panels off and storing them before the roof could be done and we had to work around their timeline (they give a one week window to get the new roof installed).

Robbie was super flexible with the scheduling, given that the solar panel company changed the dates a few times due to availability and weather. He had no problem adjusting to the new timeline even when I called him to ask if he could move the job up to next week (three weeks ahead of schedule).

Also, shout out to his team that installed the roof. They arrived early in the morning to tarp everything and stayed till around 8:30 that night to make sure everything got installed and cleaned up on time. The whole job went really smoothly and I was really impressed.

I highly recommend Millwood Roofing for any roof work you might need.”

“Millwood construction did an amazing job on our recent whole roof replacement. Robbie and his team were responsive, professional and respectful of our landscaping throughout the three day project. I highly recommend to reach out to Robbie for all your roofing needs.”

“Robbie and his team were phenomenal to work with in clearing our roof and removing ice dams after the recent blizzard. We had water coming through a wall and he was extremely responsive and able to get his team out quickly (same day) to clear the dam causing the water. They were very easy to work with a did a great job. We highly recommend them!”

“Millwood Roofing recently replaced our mom's roof. Robbie is very knowledgeable, and he was prompt, professional and responsive to our needs. Photos were taken documenting the roofing process including drone footage. The entire job went very smoothly, the property was left in good clean condition, and we were very pleased! The new roof looks great! Highly recommend!”

“After a severe storm caused a tree to fall on my roof, damaging a large portion of it and even puncturing through my bathroom ceiling, I contacted Millwood Roofing and was immediately impressed. Even though it was a weekend, Robbie had someone at my home within an hour to install a temporary tarp and prevent further water damage.

From start to finish, Robbie provided exceptional support. He personally attended the insurance inspection, answer all of the adjuster’s questions, and helped navigate several challenges with the insurance company by providing additional information and documentation whenever needed. He’s communication throughout the project was outstanding keeping me informed and updated every step of the way.

The Millwood Roofing crew was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They prioritized safety, completed the work efficiently, and left my property spotless when the job was done.

What could have been an overwhelming experience was made much easier thanks to Robbie in the entire Millwood Roofing team. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer service truly set them apart. I highly recommend Millwood roofing to anyone looking for a Roofing Company that not only does excellent work but also genuinely cares about its customers.”

“I contacted Millwood Roofing about removing snow from my roof to prevent ice dams. Communication was fast and easy, they showed up within a few hours, and the crew were thorough and professional. Highly recommend!”

“Millwood Roofing recently completed a new roof for our house in Wellesley and they did an excellent job. Robbie is professional, honest and very responsive. The crew was professional and worked extremely hard to complete the job over two days, they took care to ensure all debris was cleared and nothing left behind. We’ve had not great experiences with roofers in the past, this was a very positive experience. Highly recommend!!”

“Robbie and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof and gutters! From day one, the communication was spot on, Robbie kept us updated on everything and always took the time to answer our questions. The crew was hardworking, professional, and kept our yard incredibly clean. The final result looks fantastic and the quality is obvious. If you want a roofing company you can actually trust to do things right, look no further than Robbie and his team. Highly recommend!"”

“Robbie from Millwood Roofing was excellent at repairing the old roof in the house we just bought. He was polite and considerate on the phone, and came over to inspect the roof as soon as possible. Then he took time to explain the issues with the roof and the options we had including replacing or repairing. We decided to have it repaired for the time being as we had just bought our house and a new roof was out of our budget. After we decided to have the roof repaired, Robbie came in and repaired it in less than a week. We are very pleased with his service and will definitely hire Robbie in the future to replace our roof! 🙂”

“If you need snow and ice removal off your roof, call Robbie Smith, owner of Millwood Roofing.

He came out over a week ago to provide a free estimate. While the price initially gave me pause, I now realize it would have saved me a lot of stress and additional expense if I just had him come out right away to remove all the snow and ice because, fast forward to his week, I came home to severe ice dams and water leaking into two floors of my house. I immediately reached back out to Robbie, and he had his crew there the very next day.

I’m now dealing with an insurance claim, deductible, and interior repairs related to the ice dams that likely could have been avoided if I just hired him as soon as he gave me the estimate. In hindsight, the cost was absolutely worth it for the peace of mind alone.

Robbie and his team were professional, efficient, kind, and extremely thorough. I have a large, high roofline and they cleared it completely. He’s fully insured and clearly takes pride in his work.

Don’t wait like I did, it can end up costing more in the long run. Highly recommend Millwood Roofing!!!”

“We’ve worked on projects with Robbie and his Millwood crew for a while now. The workmanship, cleanliness of the project, communication and delivery are all top notch. Highly recommend!

“When a massive pine tree came down on our house in mid December, ripping a hole in the roof big enough to drive a small car through, we thought we were in real trouble. When Robbie Smith told me his crew would have our roof replaced in two days, I laughed and said something like “if you do it in three weeks I’ll be thrilled.” But he wasn’t kidding. The crew showed up before dawn on a Monday morning, with the temperature sitting at eight degrees. They cleared four inches of snow off the roof before 9am, and by three the entire thing was stripped. By nightfall on Tuesday, we had a new roof. And by noon on Wednesday the crew was all cleaned up and out of the yard. We legitimately have never seen anything like it. And the crew were not only fast - they were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I don’t think I have the adjectives to appropriately register how thrilled we are with their work, or how grateful we are to have a new roof over our heads as a massive winter storm approaches this weekend!”

“Robbie came over during a rain storm shortly after I called him because we noticed a leak in my daughter's room. He inspected the attic and the roof to identify the location of the leak. After a few times up and down the ladder, he was able to identify the source and repair it with a piece of flashing and adhesive. Took maybe 30 to 45 minutes and he was done! Please give him a call for any Roofing, Solar, Skylight or Gutter needs!”

“We recently hired Millwood Construction for trim and siding work on our home, and the results exceeded our expectations in every way. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, with great attention to detail throughout the project.

The entire crew was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in their work. What really stood out was how clean they kept everything. When the job was finished, the property looked so immaculate it honestly felt like our landscapers had come by for a full spring cleanup.

Communication was seamless from start to finish. Robbie was responsive, transparent, and easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality construction team that delivers excellent results and respects your home, I highly recommend Millwood Construction.”

“I highly recommend Robbie and Millwood. His team cleared snow and ice from our roof after this past storm. Robbie made the process extremely easy. He was communicative, timely, and easy to work with. Unlike, many companies we have contracted with, he sent the proposal when he said he was going to, answered our questions promptly, and had a team onsite shortly after the agreement was signed. His team went out of their way to make sure the work was done right and with care for our roof. We will absolutely work with Robbie and his team again.”

“Robbie and his team were incredibly responsive & came out and cleared our roof of two feet of snow. He was super personable, kind, and understanding. Highly recommend this Workhorse Crew, Thank you Robbie!”

“Robbie was very prompt in responding to my message regarding snow/ice removal from our roof. He came right by to give me a quote on it. He also explained his process and said that he would email me a formal quote soon - which he did. Robbie was not pushy which I truly appreciated. When I reached back with questions and also a scheduling request before confirming the job, as in “could you do it today since I am home and there are icicles coming from my soffit vent?, he was able to move some things around and have his team come by within the hour. His team, that consisted of 3 people, were punctual and efficient. They had 2 people on the roof cleaning the snow and ice, and one person on the ground cleaning up after themselves. They knocked on my door prior to and after starting, letting me know that they were here and done. The ‘foreman’ had me come out to see their work and even showed me a video of the job since I would not have been able to get on the roof. Robbie was also prompt in responding to my texts which were mostly logistical questions, coordinating with my schedule so he could come and pick up the check. I do understand that he was able to schedule me easily as I contacted him before the flurry of customer calls came in but still…overall, I was impressed with his work ethic, his concern for his team members and his people skills. We are considering him for other household projects as the weather warms up so that says a lot:). Thank you to you and your team, Robbie!”

“We had a great experience with Robbie Smith for covering our gutters.

The price was great and the work was done without any delay. Very professional.”

“Absolutely fantastic job! We thought it would be a couple of days work, done by 4:30 on the first day. Roof looks great, my yard looks untouched and the new skylights are amazing. Thank you for the new roof and the obvious hard work that happened today.”

“Robbie was super responsive, gave a quick fair estimate, came out to help same day, and did an amazing, thorough job cleaning off my roof and helping mitigate ice dams. Highly recommend!”

“Ice dam nightmares last night

I’ll sleep better tonight.

Estimated at 10:30am, job done same day, great cleanup as well.”

“Robbie came out to our Needham project to install new gutters and connect the downspouts to the right drainage points. He was there within a day or two of the call, which honestly caught me off guard, that kind of response time is hard to come by. The work was done properly and without any back and forth.

What stood out even more was when I followed up asking him to come back and connect a few additional downspouts. He showed up, got it done, and didn’t charge anything extra for it. No hassle, no negotiating, just good service.

If you want someone who’s reliable, does the job right, and actually stands behind their work, Robbie and Millwood Roofing are the real deal.”

“We had water coming into our walls from an ice dam that had formed on our roof. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get somebody to come out on short notice (it also was the weekend). We called Robbie at Millwood and he was able to come over right away, he assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote, and had a crew clearing our roof within an hour. Can’t recommend him enough! Thanks again Robbie!”

“Robbie was so quick to respond and helped us remove snow from our rooftop same day. Was nice to have a professional help and hear his advice. Will keep him in our contacts for future roofing needs!”

“The crew provided same-day service to address a roof leak caused by heavy snow buildup. They were responsive, professional, and quick to help us during a stressful situation. We appreciated Robbie’s fast turnaround and support.”

“I called Robbie at Millwood Roofing to remove ice dams and snow from my roof. He gave me an estimate the same day and he had a crew out the next day.

His crew used their safety gear and went to work. They cleaned up the snow from the previously shoved areas. They did a great job and I have recommended him to neighbors in need.”

“We had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly easy, everything was explained clearly, communication was excellent, and there was no pressure at all. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and the quality of the roof looks fantastic. What could have been a stressful project turned out to be smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend!”

“To say that Robbie and his team were my knights in shining armor would be an understatement. Winter of 2026 has been brutal. This February, I found myself in the emergency room and was waiting to be admitted when my daughter who I share my house with called me in a panic. “The walls are leaking, there is water on the floor, I thought the dog had an accident, but it is in nearly every room on 2 sides of the house!” Having used Robbie for a roofing project this summer on a separate garage (where he did a great job), we called him. The very next morning (this is less than 12 hours later) he was at my house with a crew to clear snow and ice dams from the roof, while I remained in the hospital. As soon as the snow was removed, the leaking stopped. From the bottom of my heart, I truly recommend Robbie for any and all roofing services! Professional, prompt and kind to boot!”

“Robbie and his team were fantastic in helping me with my roof issue. There came within 24 hours, solved my issue and the owner calls me personally to follow up to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Robbie and the Millwood Construction Team”

“Robbie's response time was quick, and he was able to give us options (different price points) of how to solve the ice dam problem we found ourselves with. He was able to shovel the portion of the roof that was affected and it has solved the water leakage inside the house! He was polite, professional and we will definitely call on him again if the need arises!”

“We needed snow removed from our roof. Robbie was super responsive, came over quickly, gave us an estimate, and had the snow cleared off our roof the next morning. Great crew and they did a great job.”

“Great experience! They responded to my ice dam/roof raking inquiry almost instantly, and had their team out the next day. The job was done very well, and I would definitely use them again.”

“Great experience with Millwood roofing. Robbie does a nice job breaking down your options, the logic behind the work, and long term considerations. Local, knowledgeable, competitive pricing, and an experienced crew. If you are in the metrowest area definitely include them when you are getting quotes/inspections for replacements or repairs.”

“Robbie did an outstanding job installing solar panels on my rooftop. He was transparent and communicative throughout the entire process, and the results have been incredible. I’m extremely happy with the performance of the system and the quality of his work.”

“I can’t recommend Robbie and Millwood Roofing highly enough. He originally quoted a roof replacement for us a few years ago, and I’ve been impressed by his professionalism and annual follow-up calls ever since.

We recently ran into an issue with our old ridge cap, and Robbie responded immediately. He had the repair finished before the week was over, well before the snowstorms arrived. The value he provides for the quality of work is exceptional.

It is rare to find a roofing contractor this reliable and dedicated to his clients. He’s definitely the person you keep in your contacts and recommend to all your neighbors.”

“Robbie not only responded quickly to our inquiry, he came to our house promptly to understand our situation and provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy so we moved forward. His crew came out later that day and did exactly what Robbie said they would. Excellent work. Not cheap but we believe it was worthy of what the job entailed. And certainly avoids a potential larger issue. We highly recommend Robbie!”

“Robbie was very responsive to my emails and calls, work was excellent, showed up when he said he would and was honest. I don’t like feeling like someone is trying to sell me on something i don’t need - Robbie never did that, he was practical and gave me good advice. He’s cleared my ice damns in the winter, re-shingled by roof, fixed siding, and repaired my chimney. 100% recommend!”

“I can't say enough good things about our experience with Millwood Roofing so far. Not only did they give us a competitive proposal for a new commercial roofing project, it was by far more thorough than any others we received. You can tell when someone is paying attention to details, and it shows. What was completely unexpected (and greatly appreciated) is the rapid response we received in less than 24 hours when an unexpected emergency arose - Robbie was there straight away to take care of it. It's always nice when a company makes you feel like a priority, we will definitely be doing business with them in the future.”

On the work day, the crew showed up right on time and were extremely efficient, polite and respectful of their surroundings. The work was done in a timely manner and with top notch craftsmanship. You hear so many bad stories about roofing companies but rest assured, you’re in the right spot if you choose Millwood. A+!”

“I highly recommend Millwood Roofing - Robbie and his team were exceptional from start to finish. We worked with them on two projects, most recently our James Hardie siding and stonework, and both experiences were seamless. Robbie is highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the crew kept the job site spotless every day - even our neighbors commented on how thorough and respectful they were. I absolutely love how my house looks now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
